LITTLE ANGELS

Little Angels is a peer support Social Enterprise that aims to support, promote and protect breastfeeding and ‘Make Breastfeeding Fashionable’. It offers one-to-one support to mums in their own homes, as well as operating support groups in the community and offering a 24-hour telephone support line.

LA LECHE LEAGUE

For over 50 years La Leche League has offered mother-to-mother support, encouragement and information to women who want to breastfeed their babies. LLL Leaders are mothers who have themselves breastfed for 12 months or longer and they provide telephone counselling, email support and local group meetings. All LLL Leaders are volunteers and work from their own homes while looking after their own families.

The Association of Breastfeeding Mothers was founded in 1980 as a UK wide charity by a group of mothers for mothers, that offers friendly support and accurate information to all women wishing to breastfeed.

NATIONAL CHILDBIRTH TRUST
The UK’s leading charity for parents. The NCT support thousands of people through the incredible life changing experience of pregnancy, birth and the early days of parenthood for over 50 years. There are over 300 branches across the UK offering support to local parents through antenatal classes, postnatal drop-ins, breastfeeding counselling and other events. The NCT has over 2000 trained Breastfeeding Counsellors, Antenatal Teachers, Postnatal Leaders and students across the UK. Breastfeeding counsellors offer free support through the helpline or one to one support
